AI First Software Engineer – Manager

As part of the Software Engineering (PI) team you are to design and develop large scale distributed data processing systems/applications or large scale internet systems utilizing Java, Scala, Python, JavaScript etc. As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for securing project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating the purpose and principles in a meaningful way.
