Changqing Luo, Ph.D. is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Commonwealth University. He holds two PhDs, one in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) and another in Communication and Information System from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has taught at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and has research interests in cybersecurity and complex networks. On Tuesday, December 3 he shared his insights on “Securing Distributed Learning Structures for IoT Systems.”
Luo’s research focuses on leveraging differential privacy and blockchain to address the security and privacy issues in distributed machine learning for IoT systems.
