Dr. Cong Shen is an Associate Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Virginia. He holds degrees from Tsinghua University and UCLA, with research spanning machine learning, signal processing, and wireless communications. An NSF CAREER award recipient, Dr. Shen brings extensive academic and industry experience to his work.
