“This position was a great introduction to a professional environment. Valley Connect is small, with only three employees, meaning I got to know each person really well. Being such a small team, there was more impact I could make, which made the learning process a lot more interesting and rewarding. I really enjoyed going on site to the various clients as well and it gave me a really good perspective on how many different types of companies operate. Over the period of working at VCT, I became a lot more comfortable with working independently and figuring out how to solve a problem on my own, but always had good people around me willing to help.”
