This project aims to gather insights to improve the synergy between people and AI at the workplace.
By focusing on how people with limited technical skills perceive and interact with artificial intelligence in programming, the researchers want to figure out how to make teams with both humans and AI work well together while also helping students learn about AI tools, like Copilot, used in the workforce.
