AI Architect

Voya Financial is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation across the enterprise. In this role, the AI Architect serves as the organization’s AI Champion by collaborating with teams across functions to identify high-impact use cases and develop scalable GenAI and agent-based workflows. The role involves architecting, prototyping, and deploying transformative AI capabilities that align with business objectives, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions. The AI Architect engages with stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, guide development efforts, and support adoption of AI technologies. While experience in the finance industry is preferred, it is not required.
