Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer at My Enablement is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions that enhance company products, internal operations, and business systems. This role requires a combination of strong software engineering expertise and hands-on experience with artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI APIs, structured data systems, automation platforms, and scalable production integrations.

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into practical, reliable, and scalable AI applications. Key responsibilities include developing AI-powered product features, creating prompt-driven workflows, implementing recommendation engines, supporting candidate-to-job matching systems, building AI scoring models, extracting and processing structured data, developing automation tools, managing data pipelines, and integrating third-party APIs. The role plays a critical part in driving innovation and delivering AI capabilities that improve efficiency, decision-making, and user experiences across the organization.
