Cyber Security Professional (Remote or Hybrid Work Schedule)

At Freddie Mac, you will do important work to build a better housing finance system and you’ll be part of a team helping to make homeownership and rental housing more accessible and affordable across the nation.

Position Overview:

As a Cyber Security Incident Response Analyst, you will be part of the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT). You will hep carry the Information Security department’s vision of reducing information risk by ensuring and enhancing the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of Freddie Mac information systems. You will be part of the team that is tasked with responding to security incidents in a mission critical production environment, such as investigating and remediating possible endpoint malware infections, mitigating threats such as unauthorized use, spam and phishing. Your time will be split between response activities and reporting metrics to support leadership strategy and decision making.

• THIS POSITION HAS AN ON-CALL REQUIREMENT.** You will have an on call week as part of a standard rotation and may be expected to work evenings or weekends on ad hoc basis in response to incidents.
